What exactly does Cliq do?
Cliq helps you capture a photo, add your custom branding, and send it to your client by text. Your client can then share the photo with their own audience, keeping your branding connected to their milestone.
What is a custom branded overlay?
A custom branded overlay is the design applied to your photo that includes your agent, team, or brokerage branding. It makes your business part of the finished image, so your branding can stay visible when your client shares it.
The Launch plan includes 1 custom branded overlay. Expand and Scale plans each include 2–5 custom branded overlays.
Which plan is right for me?
- Launch: For individual agents who need one custom branded overlay, QR code or link access, and instant text sharing.
- Expand: For real estate teams who want 2–5 custom branded overlays and analytics and data insights, alongside QR code or link access and instant text sharing.
- Scale: Includes the Expand features plus photo approval controls, video features, and a branded sharing site. You can also add Launch and Expand accounts at discounted rates and extend video features to those additional accounts.

Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. All three plans offer monthly or annual billing:
- Launch: $30/month or $299/year — save $61 annually.
- Expand: $50/month or $499/year — save $101 annually.
- Scale: $100/month plus a $99 one-time setup fee, or $1,000/year with setup waived — save $200 annually on the subscription.
Annual plans are billed as one yearly payment. Savings shown compare the annual subscription price with 12 monthly subscription payments and exclude setup fees. The annual Scale plan also includes 300 bonus photo credits.
Is there a setup fee?
Scale monthly includes a $99 one-time setup fee. Your first payment is $199: the $100 first month plus $99 setup. After that, the subscription is $100/month.
Scale annual has no setup fee. You pay $1,000 upfront for the yearly subscription.
Launch and Expand have no setup fee.
How is this different from posting a closing on my own page?
The difference is who shares it and who sees it. Your post reaches your audience. When your client shares their own photo, it can reach their friends, family, and coworkers—including people who may not follow you.
Why use Cliq instead of just sending a regular photo?
Cliq combines custom branding and text delivery in one process. Your client receives a photo with your branding already included, so your name can stay visible when the image is shared.
Does my client need to download an app?
No. You can open Cliq through a QR code or link and send the branded photo to your client by text. Your client does not need to download a Cliq app to receive their photo.
Does Cliq automatically post to my client’s social accounts?
No. Your client chooses whether and where to share their photo. Cliq provides the branded image; your client stays in control of posting it.
Will every shared photo generate a lead?
No. Reach depends on whether a client shares, their audience, and the platform. Cliq makes branded sharing easier and creates opportunities for visibility and introductions; leads and referrals are not guaranteed.
